To all my FRYSC friends across this great state – I know what we are told about self care – if doing this sort of thing at home as to not have to not do something I need to get done for our kids means I do this at home, then I do it at home, or in the car, or anywhere else…whatever it takes means something different in every realm of reality, and that my friends, is why we live this #FRYSCLIFE
