7. A local printer did mine. Used the school logo, no shipping costs and I supported a local business. That way you can print whatever you want/need so parents can reach you.

12. This is the back of the beige copy – we all use the same one ( 5 FRYSC’s in Boyle County) The back of the white copy has carbon it – so you can keep a copy of what you left
